Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By engaging with 12TwentyOne WebCraft, submitting a project request, approving a proposal, or making any payment, the client agrees to the complete service framework including Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. These policies apply to all services including digital infrastructure setup, branding systems, website architecture, automation, integrations, content systems, and strategic execution.

2. Nature of Service

12TwentyOne WebCraft provides structured digital business infrastructure for modern brands. The services include digital architecture design, brand positioning systems, website development, technical integrations, and long-term digital management. All websites developed under our service operate within a managed infrastructure environment maintained and controlled by 12TwentyOne WebCraft.

3. Infrastructure Framework

All systems, frameworks, deployment tools, and infrastructure architecture used in the development and operation of client websites remain proprietary technical systems of 12TwentyOne WebCraft. This structure ensures performance reliability, system security, and long-term compatibility across projects.

4. Client Usage Rights

Clients receive operational usage rights of their website and digital presence while the service relationship remains active. Brand names, logos, and business content provided by the client remain the property of the client. The technical system framework and internal execution methodologies remain the intellectual property of 12TwentyOne WebCraft.

5. Setup Plans

All described plans represent one-time digital business setup services. These charges cover digital research, brand structure planning, UI/UX crafting, website development, integrations, and system deployment required to establish the digital foundation of the client's business.

6. Ongoing Infrastructure Management

Ongoing service charges may apply for hosting infrastructure, monitoring, maintenance, security updates, compatibility improvements, and system stability management. These services ensure uninterrupted operation of the digital infrastructure environment.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, required content, approvals, credentials, and timely decisions necessary for execution. A single authorized contact must be designated for communication to maintain operational clarity.

8. External Interference Policy

Execution is performed exclusively by the internal team of 12TwentyOne WebCraft. Parallel development, third-party technical interference, or unauthorized system access may result in project suspension or termination to protect infrastructure integrity and execution quality.

9. Payments

All payments are strictly upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment confirms acceptance of the defined scope, service methodology, timelines, and policy framework. Third-party tools such as domains, advertising platforms, plugins, and paid software may be billed separately when applicable.

10. Termination and Exit Policy

Clients may terminate services by providing a minimum written notice of 30 days via registered email. Upon termination, infrastructure services may be scheduled for closure after the notice period. If a client requests transfer of website files, databases, or technical assets, a system extraction and engineering recovery fee will apply. This fee represents the technical effort required to separate and prepare system components from the managed infrastructure environment.

11. Refund Policy

Once execution begins including research, planning, architecture design, development work, integrations, or internal resource allocation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

12. Performance Disclaimer

While industry best practices are followed, digital performance outcomes such as search rankings, traffic growth, lead generation, and conversions depend on market conditions and external factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

13. Portfolio Rights

12TwentyOne WebCraft reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials unless restricted by a written confidentiality agreement.

14. Policy Acceptance

Submitting a project request, approving a proposal, or making payment confirms full acceptance of this service framework and all associated policies.
