This Refund Policy governs payments made to 12TwentyOne WebCraft for digital services including website infrastructure setup, branding systems, digital positioning, SEO execution, content systems, automation, integrations, and related digital execution services. By making any payment to 12TwentyOne WebCraft, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for digital services are strictly non-refundable once execution has begun. Execution includes, but is not limited to:

• Research, discovery, or strategic planning
• Brand positioning analysis Design drafts, layouts, or wireframes
• Technical setup or configuration
• Development, integration, or deployment
• Allocation of internal resources, infrastructure, or engineering time

Once any of the above activities have commenced, refunds cannot be claimed under any circumstances.

3. Third-Party Interference

Project execution is provided and controlled exclusively by the internal team of 12TwentyOne WebCraft. We do not coordinate with or accept technical instructions from external developers, agencies, freelancers, relatives, associates, or any third parties connected to the client. If third-party interference results in conflicting instructions, parallel development, workflow disruption, delays, rework, or compromised delivery quality, refunds will not be applicable for any work executed or resources already allocated.

4. Project Suspension or Termination

In cases where third-party interference, lack of cooperation, or client-side operational disruptions affect project integrity, 12TwentyOne WebCraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate the project partially or fully. Any work completed up to the point of suspension or termination shall be considered delivered and is not eligible for refund.

5. Exceptions

Refunds, if any, may be considered only in rare cases where service execution has not started at all. Such refunds are issued solely at the discretion of 12TwentyOne WebCraft. Third-party platform charges including domains, hosting, advertising platforms, software tools, plugins, subscriptions, or payment gateway fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
